Senior / Principal Town Planner - Winchester

What You'll Do:

• Lead diverse planning projects from start to finish
• Prepare applications, appeals, and contribute to development plans
• Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
• Collaborate with Directors and mentor junior team members

What You'll Need:

• 3-7 years of experience in planning (public/private)
• RTPI Chartered or working towards it
• A passion for quality, detail, and stakeholder engagement
• Full UK driving licence
