We are looking for a Manager IT SAP Bill to Cash to join our growing team! In this role you will use SAP technologies and you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of applications and solutions to support the billtocash process for Brightspeed. You will have a deep understanding of payment collections and cash applications processes along with a strong experience in SAP BRIM and FICA modules. You will also be passionate about inspiring and leading teams directly and indirectly reporting to her/him and delivering exceptional user experiences and able to drive innovation through the development of cuttingedge applications.
As Manager IT SAP Bill to Cash your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement innovative applications and solutions to support the bill to cash process using SAP technologies including BRIM FICA and FSCM
- Design and build userfriendly applications and interfaces to support payments collections credit and dispute processes
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements design solutions and deliver results that meet or exceed business expectations
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of the applications into the companys overall systems and processes
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for the development of these applications and ensure they meet the companys strategic goals and objectives.
- Be handson and dig deeper into designs and engage with internal and external team members to solve some of the tough problems as they arise
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the telecommunications industry and apply this knowledge to improve the business outcome
- Manage the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) including development testing deployment and maintenance
- Manage the team of developers testers and designers to ensure highquality deliverables
- Ensure operational excellence and be data driven by developing monitoring and reporting critical KPIs around application health availability business metrics (touchfree payments contact center customer issues related to billtocash reconciliations fallouts issue resolution cycle times etc.)
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maximize business outcomes
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices security protocols regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of application development and operations
- Work in a fastpaced ambiguous environment delivering results quickly and iteratively
- Hire grow and mentor diverse technical team in a 100% remote setting
Qualifications :
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
- Bachelors or masters degree in MIS MBA or related field
- 7years of experience in delivering business applications with at least 5 years in SAP BRIM FICA FSCM modules delivering 2 implementations
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven track record of hiring managing inspiring and growing a team of architects/developers/analysts and delivering highquality software solutions
- Proven experience of payments collections credit disputes and cash processes
- Strong experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in the telecommunications industry is a huge plus
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Expertise in web and mobile application development including HTML5 CSS Java/JavaScript and React a plus
- PMP or CSM certification a plus
