Recruiting Processors work closely with their assigned recruiters to ensure each new hires file is complete and ready for Orientation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Recruiting Processors work closely with their assigned recruiters to ensure each new hires file is complete and ready for Orientation.
- Processors audit and review the files for drivers scheduled for Orientation. The files they review include background checks DMV records and PSPs. They also complete employment verifications to satisfy DOT regulations and ensure that all new hires are safe drivers.
- Example of how reports should appear in Tenstreet:
- Ensure application is completed to its entirety (How did you hear about us tab is filled)
- Review Employment Information: DAC (Employment History) & PSP Ensure that all jobs on DAC and PSP are listed on the application.
- Ensure Experience is verified Last 10 years of previous employment needed on the application Last 3 Years must be verified (including nonDOT employment)
- Review Accidents: PSP/ MVR (Inspections Driving Record) If there are any accidents reported update the application to reflect the report.
- Review Tickets and Violations: PSP/MVR (Inspections Driving Record) If there are any tickets or violations reported update the application to reflect the report.
- Review Criminal: Wide Screen (Review criminal record) If there is a criminal record found ensure that the application reflects the report any red flags bring to Director of Recruiting.
- Complete Employment Verifications: Recruiters initiate all verifications except the drivers most recent employer. Processors are responsible for ensuring the employment verifications are completed to their entirety including the current/last employers after they are in orientation.
- Order Accident Reports: Processors will search for accident reports per Recruiters request via email using the google search engine.
- Arrange Travel Recruiting/Company Travel
- All major red flags for drivers in orientation should be sent to the Director of Recruiting and Processing Supervisor We will then proceed with sending it to the appropriate recipients Managers and Directors and handle the situation from there. If the driver is scheduled for an upcoming orientation you may include the recruiter in the email thread as well.
- Ensure Process Send data is completed. This ensures information is sent directly to the McLeod Drivers Orientation file.
- Check to ensure drivers that are attending orientation and are hired status is changed in Tenstreet to HIRED
- Cold Call No response applicants
- Send Postcards
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
A successful Processor must consistently demonstrate the companys Mission and Values. They must have good oral and written communication skills in order to effectively interact with customers drivers and other team members in person and on the telephone. They must be customer serviceoriented as well as teamoriented and must have good organizational skills. A successful Processor must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Finally they must be able to work a flexible schedule when needed to including weekends evenings and holidays.
