Job Description
Nexmos Design is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kansas City MO. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding support to our clients by handling inquiries resolving concerns and maintaining a positive client experience. This role plays a key part in maintaining our reputation for reliability and excellent service.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and inperson with professionalism and clarity
Resolve product or service issues promptly and thoroughly
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolutions
Provide detailed information about our services and assist with client requests
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build longterm relationships
Stay informed on company products services and policies
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a team
Proficiency with basic computer applications and customer service software
Strong organizational and time management skills
