Messa Sync is currently seeking a dependable and detailoriented Warehouse Worker to join our logistics team in Los Angeles. This role involves general warehouse duties including receiving storing and distributing products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic be able to work independently and demonstrate consistency in performance and attendance.
Responsibilities
Receive unload and inspect incoming shipments
Accurately sort label and store inventory items
Prepare orders for shipment in accordance with customer specifications
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Operate forklifts or other equipment safely (if certified)
Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies
Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic math and organizational skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Reliable and punctual
Forklift certification is an advantage but not required
