We are seeking a detailoriented and reliable Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer data responding to inquiries via email or phone and ensuring accurate and timely entry of information into our systems. You will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and integrity of customer records while providing excellent service support.
Responsibilities
Enter and update customer data accurately in company databases
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in a professional manner
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain confidentiality of customer information
Assist in resolving customer issues and follow up as needed
Collaborate with team members and departments to improve data processes
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in data entry or customer service roles
Strong typing skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems
Ability to multitask stay organized and work under minimal supervision
