Captura Hall is seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information across departments assisting in the preparation of written materials and ensuring consistent messaging in all company communications.
Responsibilities:
Draft edit and distribute internal communications press releases and company newsletters
Coordinate with various departments to collect content and updates for corporate communications
Support the planning and execution of publicfacing events and media engagements
Assist in developing presentations reports and company literature
Maintain internal documentation and ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging
Track and analyze communication metrics and prepare summary reports
Collaborate with leadership to align messaging with company values and goals
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations English or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a communications or administrative coordination role
Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Knowledge of communication planning and documentation best practices
