Captura Hall is currently seeking motivated and customerfocused Call Center Agents to join our growing team in Tampa FL. As a Call Center Agent you will be the first point of contact for our clients customers handling inquiries resolving issues and providing accurate information with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner
Provide accurate information regarding products services and policies
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
Document customer interactions and update account information in the system
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary
Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry
Reliable punctual and teamoriented
