Job Description
Sphirea Plus is currently seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Dallas TX. In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients ensuring inquiries are resolved professionally and efficiently. You will work closely with other departments to provide seamless customer experiences and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and internal systems
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
Assist with resolving product or service problems by clarifying complaints and determining the best solutions
Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction
Support administrative tasks and contribute to team improvement initiatives
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 12 years of experience in a customer support or administrative role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
A professional positive and teamoriented attitude
