We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. You will assist customers by addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing highquality service. If you have a passion for helping people and a desire to learn this is an excellent opportunity to grow in a customer service role.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to clients through various communication channels (phone email inperson).
Address customer inquiries complaints and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with product information order processing and returns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer service goals.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office CRM systems).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
