Sphirea Plus is looking for a dedicated and detailoriented Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for efficiently entering customer data into our systems while also providing excellent customer service to clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our data is accurate and uptodate while supporting the customer service team to address any client inquiries or issues.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update customer data accurately into internal systems.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and customer service support.
Assist with administrative tasks and documentation as needed.
Ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly offering solutions where necessary.
Collaborate with other team members to enhance the customer experience and improve operational processes.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or customer service.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
Strong problemsolving abilities and a customercentric approach.
