We are currently looking for a Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our growing team in Austin TX. This role requires strong attention to detail data accuracy and the ability to assist customers efficiently via phone and email. You will play a key role in managing and updating company records while providing highquality support to our clients.
Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update customer and transaction data in internal systems
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Verify and crosscheck data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
Monitor and report data trends or recurring problems
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in data entry and/or customer service roles
Strong typing skills and knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Problemsolving mindset and willingness to learn
