Job Description
Nexmos Design is seeking a reliable and detailoriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for clients providing assistance resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout every interaction.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls emails and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information regarding products services and project timelines
Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in a customer service or client support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
