Job Description

About the role

We are currently looking for an experienced Master Production Scheduler (Planner) with positive and team player attitude to join our Hamilton based team.

In this role youll take ownership of the master production scheduling process across NZ & AU and serve as the ERP champion for our Hamilton plant. Youll be responsible for planning and managing the production planning & schedule in Hamilton plant while working closely with cross functional team (Production Engineering Quality Supply Chain) to ensure production deliveries are met on time. Support achieve plant KPIs in terms of Safety Quality Delivery Cost and Efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.

Beyond scheduling youll play a key role in relevant production projects and the implementation of 5S/Lean methodologies helping to enhance efficiency and workflow. A thorough understanding of ERP and Sales & Operations process will be essential for success in this position.

This is a fulltime permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. If youre passionate about driving production excellence and making a meaningful impact wed love to hear from you!


Qualifications :

What you will bring to the role

Youll bring a strong work ethic a selfmotivated approach and the confidence to take initiative while owning your own processes. With a keen eye for detail excellent time management and planning skills youll thrive in a fastpaced environment balancing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to changing situations.

Your ability to think outside the box solve problems creatively and share knowledgeespecially with the production teamwill be essential to success in this role. Collaboration and clear communication will be key as you work closely with various stakeholders to drive efficiency and results.

Ideally you will also have:

  • Experience in manufacturing and exposure to Epicor or a similar ERP system.
  • Supply Chain Management & Sales & Operations exposure.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with an understanding of competitive pressures.
  • A high level of computer literacy and expertise in data analysis and manipulation.
  • A customerfocused mindset with a high level of motivation and drive.
  • A Certificate in Production and Inventory Management (beneficial but not essential).
