Ensure portion control and minimize food wastage.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Qualifications :
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a reputable restaurant or catering establishment.
Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred.
Excellent understanding of food preparation techniques kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Creative and innovative in menu development.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
