Job Description
Experimental Design & Execution:
Plan design and execute complex molecular biology experiments to support Teoras R&D strategy and goals.
Develop and optimize experimental protocols ensuring reproducibility and efficiency.
Work on strategies based on optimal culture conditions for different biological systems.
Maintain accurate and detailed experimental records data analysis and reporting.
Research and Innovation:
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in our field and integrate innovative methodologies into ongoing projects.
Contribute to scientific publications patents and conference presentations and Grant writing.
Mentorship and Collaboration:
Mentor and guide junior scientists and research associates fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and improving laboratory workflows.
Process Development and Compliance:
Establish and standardize SOPs for molecular biology workflows and ensure adherence to best practices.
Monitor laboratory consumables prepare experimental reagents and ensure smooth lab operations.
Adhere to safety and compliance guidelines in all laboratory activities.
Trying to stay ahead of the curve constantly with new R&D strategies
Should have R&D project management experience.
Qualifications :
Ph.D. or having 45 years of experience in Molecular Biology Biochemistry or related fields. Wet lab experience is a must.
Experience in yeast is a must.
A good team player who is also independent and selfdriven.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detailoriented with excellent documentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast growing startup environment
