Job Description
Facilitate Agile Processes Lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning Standups Retrospectives) and ensure Agile adoption.
Team Coaching & Blockers Guide teams on Scrum principles remove impediments and improve productivity.
Support Product Owner Assist in backlog refinement prioritization and alignment with business goals.
Drive Continuous Improvement Track metrics (velocity burndown) and refine processes for efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration Foster teamwork ensure transparency and communicate progress effectively.
Required Skills:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certification
Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Problemsolving & conflictresolution skills
Proficiency in Jira/Agile tools
Excellent communication & facilitation skills
