We are looking for a passionate and resultsdriven Key Account Manager to join our team! In this role you will act as the primary link between our most important partners and our internal teams ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual growth. From understanding client needs and crafting tailored solutions to monitoring commercial and operational KPIs youll be at the heart of our client success strategy.

What youll do:
Develop and maintain solid relationships with efoods key clients
Develop a thorough understanding of key clients needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions to meet their objectives
Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
Communicate and collaborate with marketing sales product and operations departments to ensure that both companys & key clients needs are met
Compile and monitor reports on account progress goals and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
Negotiate with key clients and sell services for the fulfillment of each clients longterm goals
Monitor commercial KPIs of the key partners aiming for their continual growth
Track operational KPIs of the key partners & take actions in alignment with the Ops dpt to keep them healthy

Qualifications :
Proven experience in Sales & Key Account Management
Customercentric approach
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software
Strong negotiation and leadership skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Problemsolving attitude
Ability to work independently without supervision
