Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in food preparation cooking and presentation.
Ensure consistent food quality and presentation as per hotel standards.
Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Assist in creating and testing new Indian recipes for menus and promotions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel SOPs.
Coordinate with the Sous Chef and other departments for smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications :
Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management from a recognized institute.
