As one team our People Operations (part of People Services) vision is to create fast convenient transparent Wiser support powered by smart tech and human advice. To help us get there youll have the exciting opportunity to own operational process matters across a number of platforms providing important insights and sound recommendations for process changes and ensuring key stakeholders are continually informed of relevant updates.
Role summary:
Your operational knowledge is really evolving and so you extend your reach and impact across other areas of the Wiser lifecycle. Youre also able to provide mentorship and guidance to other members of the team so as to offer upskilling opportunities and increased customer service delivery.
You often work on typical operational challenges that come up but equally you think outside the box and our usual processes to figure out a solution. Your expertise is also relied upon more in crossteam projects across the tribe in order to ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Wiser support
Champion the People teams ticketing desk with a oneteam mentality by responding to queries in an efficient and customercentric way
Provide guidance to Wisers on our leave policies ensuring a strong endtoend experience
Manage internal transfers and relocation requests ensuring all onboarding and offboarding actions are completed
Process all Workday actions in relation to the Wiser lifecycle
Ensure all operational onboarding and offboarding steps are completed working closely with our Workplace UT and People Services teams to ensure those processes run smoothly
Oversee our immigration processes to maintain compliant operations
Maintain our teams content on Confluence ensuring information to Wisers is transparent convenient easy to remember and updated and thinking globally as well as locally for process efficiency alignment and speed
Support the Payroll team with necessary documentation and/or information needed to process changes (joiners benefits leavers etc)
Produce any required employment documentation (e.g. reference letters contract changes etc)
Support the team in resolving complex international remote working requests via our Mobile Wiser initiative and escalating where required
Wider team/business focus areas
Review and respond to audit requests to ensure operational compliance
Contribute and deliver on local and global crossteam projects and initiatives maintaining a strong focus on the Wiser experience and embracing tech where possible
Keep informed about local employment laws and working practices updating our processes policies and guidance as necessary to remain compliant
Mentor and crosstrain junior members of the team serving as a reviewer in our foureye check processes to ensure team accuracy and providing backup support when required
