About the Company:
It is leading MNC Service base company
Experience : 10 to 15 Years
Location : Bangalore Chennai
Work Mode : WFO
Role : Digital Solution Architect
Responsibilities:
- Design and architect web solutions that deliver a seamless omnichannel user experience.
- Evaluate and select modern technologies and tools to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions through techniques such as Micro Frontends AEM/AEP AI Machine Learning and CloudNative platforms.
- Translate business requirements into innovative scalable and effective technical solutions.
- Lead solution design and development activities using Agile methodologies collaborating closely with product stakeholders.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent delivery implementation and support of enterpriselevel solutions.
- Monitor and report on delivery metrics (e.g. planned vs. actual) identifying trends risks and improvement opportunities.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and implement best practices across teams.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in web technologies AI and customer experience innovations sharing knowledge with the broader team.
MustHave Skills:
- Strong handson experience in Java/J2EE Microservices architecture and enterprise application development.
- Proficiency in ReactJS (Micro Frontends) NoSQL databases (e.g. Cassandra Redis (session caching) and Elasticsearch.
- Demonstrated success designing and delivering solutions for largescale complex enterprise systems.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot realtime customer challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Experience in leading crossfunctional teams and acting as a primary point of contact across the product lifecycle.
- Ability to design complex conversational flows and craft engaging user experiences.
- Proven track record in analyzing delivery metrics to inform decisionmaking and continuous improvement.
GoodtoHave Skills:
- Handson experience with PEGA (including Case Management and NBX.
- Exposure to GenAI and personalization technologies.
- Practical experience working with AWS and Google Cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with ForgeRock Access Gateway and identity management solutions.
