Programs Claim Processor
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Programs Claim Processor to join us at our Corporate office in Greeley Colorado.
Responsibilities:
- Process payments and deductions related to MDF items and End User accounts daily
- Research deviations related to billback payment requests and deductions daily
- Work with sales team and customers on denied trade deductions weekly
- Maintain Brokerage Rebate and MDF agreements on a monthly weekly or daily basis when proper paperwork is provided by Sales personnel
- Monitor materials and shiptosthat are added to the system to communicate with Sales to determine whether or not items need to be added to current agreements daily
- Work with Brokers to reconcile Brokerage payments and ensure accurate payments weekly/monthly
- Maintain accurate files of all programs and payments
- Run reports for Sales Reps as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experiencepreferred
- SAP experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work proactively in a highpaced deadlineoriented environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be focused detail and numbers oriented and have the ability to multitask
- Experience in Excel required
- Excellent communication skills; both oral and written required
- Ability to communicate and work closely with supervisor relative to critical/urgent sales programs issues
- High level of synergy is critical to success
- Must be able to set goals and successfully meet deadlines
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision Medical and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid Time Off: sick leave vacation and 6 company observed holidays;

- Base salary range of $19$21/hr; and

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado JBS and Pilgrims is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to a candidates relevant experience qualifications skills competencies and proficiencies for the role.
