Job Description
As a Senior Product Enablement Specialist in the SAP LeanIX & Signavio Product EnablementTeam your primary objective is to drive product enablement with a strong focus on promotingbest practiceusage of SAP Signavio and its interplay with SAP LeanIX and other tools thatsupport SAP customers business actively contribute to the enablement strategy and drive and deliver the creation of scalableknowledge and enablement assets to increase high adoption of our products across customerspartners employees.

Be the person to go for SAP Signavio product best practices and thought leadership in thefield of a valuedriven business process transformation
Collaborate with colleagues on improving our joint approach for business transformationtogether with enterprise architecture management (SAP LeanIX) solutionimplementation (SAP Cloud ALM) and digital adoption (WalkMe)
Identify enablement needs from customers partners employees on SAP Signavioproducts and use cases in the context of business transformation and beyond
Standardize and scale learnings from customer engagements internally and externally
Create scalable assets and training material and setup training systems to showcase howto drive valuedriven business process transformation
Execute expert trainings on how to apply SAP Signavio in the context of businesstransformation for SAP internal stakeholders and at global customer events
Bring existing enablement formats to the next level e.g. handson sessions virtual1:many support
Identify product improvement ideas and loop back to the SAP Signavio and LeanIXProduct Teams
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Expert in business process management methodology and deep expertise of a leading toolin the market with at least four years of experience
Good understanding of key customer processes (e.g. P2P O2C etc.) and their typicalimprovement potentials
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and role of business process management and enterprisearchitecture in transformation programs
Experience in delivering enablement/training to larger audiences
Confidence in communicating to stakeholders from all levels
Capability to describe and demonstrate complex methodological interdependencies andtools in an easytounderstand way
Personality with a challenger mindset who is safeguarding SAP Signavio standards anddoesnt shy away from tough conversations to drive methodology and best practices
Highly empathic individual with excellent people and stakeholder management skills
Team player and leader who can drive highly strategic topics autonomously and ensureto connect the dots to other teams
Excellent project management and organizational skills
