Ellsworth Corporation a global industry leading distributor of specialty chemicals and equipment and adhesive manufacturer currently has an HRIS Manager opportunity at Ellsworth Adhesives. This role reports into our Corporate Headquarter located in Germantown WI. It is a hybrid or fully remote role for the right talent.

You will leadthe implementation optimization and ongoing management of the HR system and processes. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance HR practices improve employee experience and drive operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads all HRIS projects including planning execution and postimplementation support.
  • Project Planning:Develops and executes project plans timelines and resource allocations for HR system initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management:Collaborates with HR IT and other business units to identify requirements and translates them into system functionality.
  • Data Migration:Oversees the accurate and secure transfer of data ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Integration Management:Manages integrations with other organizational systems ensuring seamless and Validation:Creates and executes comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
  • Monitors emerging HR capabilities and best practices to provide informed recommendations that enhance the value of the platform over time.
  • Resolves enduser issues related to system functionality integrations reporting and configuration. Recommends and implements solutions or alternative methods.
  • Other related duties assigned.
