Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Production Associate to join our team in a fastpaced steel warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various production tasks with a strong focus on safety and quality.
1st Shift MondayFriday 5:00AM1:30PM (May work OT until 3:30PM and Saturdays) $17 per hour
2nd Shift MondayFriday 3:00PM1:30AM $19 per hour (OT is possible with positions)
SUMMARY
- Positions available in Middlebury IN in steel manufacturing warehouse.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist in skid building and assembly processes.
- Handle and move steel products lifting up to 75 lbs regularly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Crosstrain in different production areas as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various roles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a plus.
- 12 years in last position is preferred
