Job Description
Work with chef to ensure production of roomservice restaurant and catering delivers the highest quality food items on time and within budgeted parameters. Train and develop team. Work with chef to minimize costs maximize guest impact and satisfaction. Aid in creation of menus inventory management ordering receiving cleanliness scheduling hiring and training.
