What Youll Do:

Evaluate and assess patients to develop personalized treatment plans

Deliver therapeutic interventions to restore function relieve pain and improve mobility

Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Educate patients and families on treatment plans progress and athome exercises
-
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy (Required)
-
Valid North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Licensure (Required)
-
American Heart Association BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)

Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (Preferred)

Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
