Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients building and maintaining strong relationships
Understand clients needs and objectives and work with the internal team to develop effective marketing strategies
Coordinate with various departments within the agency to ensure timely and highquality delivery of services to clients
Monitor project timelines and budgets and communicate any changes or issues to clients
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates gather feedback and address any concerns
Conduct market research and stay uptodate with industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients
Assist in the development of client presentations proposals and reports
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support in the acquisition of new clients
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all client interactions and activities
Attend client meetings and events as required
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
23 years of experience in account management or coordination preferably in a marketing or advertising agency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Fluency in English and Arabic is required
Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and culture is a plus
