We are looking for motivated and customeroriented individuals to join our clients international customer service team in Greece. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers of wellknown global brands handling inquiries via phone email or chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner via phone email and live chat
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues or product concerns and provide accurate information
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
- Accurately log all interactions and update customer records
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch (C1 level or above)
- Good level of English (B2 or higher)
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
- EU citizenship or eligibility to work in Greece
