Position: Admin Executive

Job Scope
all documents received are checked validated and matched accordingly and maintain proper filing of documents
all general office administration and maintenance related works
telephone handling incoming and outgoing calls and call transfers
manage documents records and maintain good and organized filing for data retrieving
with suppliers and service providers
the ability to arrange events (seminar/conference/others) translation (bahasa malaysia & english) able to write prepare letter and compile meeting minutes
assignments adhoc tasks and related duties as assigned by manager
maintain proper filing system as per the head office guidelines;
maintain proper recording of stock and inventory;
ensure availability of all forms and documents and ensure proper documentation of the same at all times;
backup support to kiosk team (including weekend and public holiday) when needed
and organize department activities
a variety of clerical and administrative duties with minimal supervision including answering phones making appointments and ordering office supplies
all documents for approval and signage
office facilities as needed
office supplies are maintained including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
Requirements:
1. Fresh Graduate (with SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration) is welcomed
2. Good attitude and able to maintain high confidential with necessary information
3. Willing to provide support whenever requested including weekend and public holiday. (only applied to special circumstances)
