Job Description
Were looking for a driven Legal Counsel to join an innovative and fastscaling iGaming company. This is a great opportunity for a legal professional with 13 years of experience to step up and play a key role in supporting global operations safeguarding IP and navigating multijurisdictional compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Draft review and negotiate a range of commercial contracts (licensing partnerships suppliers).

Advise on intellectual property matters ensuring the companys IP assets are protected and enforced.

Monitor regulatory developments in the iGaming sector and support multijurisdictional compliance.

Collaborate crossfunctionally with departments like Product and Marketing on legal input for product launches and campaigns.

Assist senior counsel with managing external legal providers and overseeing legal affairs across the business.

Support the development of internal policies to mitigate risk.
Requirements:

Law degree; bar admission in Malta or another EU jurisdiction is preferred.

13 years of postqualification experience ideally in iGaming tech or entertainment.

Strong understanding of IP law and rights management.

Familiarity with EU/MGA regulatory frameworks.

Analytical mindset and ability to communicate legal concepts clearly.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
