Job Title: Software Quality Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Engineer with 7 years of experience in software testing including whitebox and blackbox testing methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation expertise in automation tools and a keen eye for identifying defects and improving software quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications.
- Perform whitebox and blackbox testing to validate software functionality performance and security.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional regression and performance testing.
- Collaborate with developers product managers and other stakeholders to ensure highquality software releases.
- Identify document and track defects using bugtracking tools.
- Utilize automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium Appium JUnit TestNG Cypress Playwright or similar tools.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated tests for continuous testing and deployment.
- Stay uptodate with industry best practices trends and emerging technologies in software testing and automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Strong experience in manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python Java JavaScript or C# for test automation.
- Handson experience with test automation tools (Selenium Appium TestNG JUnit Cypress Playwright etc.).
- Experience in API testing and automation using Postman RestAssured or SoapUI.
- Familiarity with performance and load testing tools like JMeter LoadRunner or Gatling.
- Experience with version control tools like Git Bitbucket or GitHub.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot software issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
