Retail Area Manager Leinster
Blue Forge Recruitment is proud to partner with a highly regarded Irishowned retail group known for its expansive network of largeformat nonfood superstores specialising in seasonal homeware and giftware products across Ireland. As part of their continued national growth and strategic expansion into the seasonal and giftware market our client is seeking a tenacious and resultsdriven Retail Area Manager to join their senior leadership team. This fieldbased role will primarily cover the Leinster region with responsibility for supporting and overseeing a portfolio of up to 14 retail locations nationwide.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious retail business with a strong presence and a loyal customer base. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping regional performance mentoring store leadership and contributing to the wider commercial success of the brand.
Key Responsibilities for this Retail Area Manager Job
Oversee daytoday operations across a multistore region ensuring consistent performance compliance and excellence in execution.
Inspire lead and develop instore management teams to achieve business goals and customer service excellence.
Drive sales productivity and profitability across all locations.
Deliver operational initiatives and support the rollout of seasonal and promotional campaigns.
Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement across stores.
Requirements for this Retail Area Manager
We are looking for a strategic peopleoriented retail leader
Proven 5 years of experience in a senior Store Manager role of a large retail enterprise or preferably a multisite retail management role already within nonfood seasonal or homeware retail sectors.
A handson leadership style with a track record of developing highperforming teams.
Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to identify trends manage budgets and drive performance.
Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
A flexible proactive approach and a passion for retail.
A full clean drivers licence is essential.
