What Youll Be Doing
Youll support adults to live happily and independently in their own homes right where they belong. Every day is different but your duties might include:
- Providing personal care and daily living support
- Helping clients retain their independence and routines
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Building trusted relationships with families
- Travelling between clients in your local area
- Taking part in regular training to build your skills

What Were Looking For
- You care. Its that simple compassion patience and kindness are nonnegotiable.
- A UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Great communication and people skills
- Some experience in care is helpful but not essential well show you the ropes
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays
