You will
- Champion create and uphold our ERP system structure for the Estimating department
- Support Estimating Sales and Interior Design teams by ensuring product and option availability throughout the platform
- Ability to troubleshoot and rectify option and product related issues for the operational teams
- Comfortable training others and leading crossfunctional team training sessions
- Manage data consistency and structure in our database
- Assist in creating new products and options to support estimating production and ensure they are developed in an accurate and efficient manner
- Create systematic solutions to support operational needs
- Be the voice of the business and work closely with IS team
- Manage external relationships and internal customers
- Create system process documentation and training materials
- Assist in identifying key data points for report creation
- Be a key member and role model in ongoing Newstar development and projects
- Interact and provide recommendations to the Senior Management team
You have
- Minimum 5 years experience working with Constellation/Newstar platform (must)
- A good understanding of Newstar workflows and system requirements
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Priority will be given to candidates with a strong Purchasing/Estimating background working within the Newstar environment
- A team spirit attitude
- Strong organizational skills and are extremely detailoriented
