Job Description

Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for an experienced Foreman Instrumentation and Electrical to join their operations in Gauteng!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute maintenance planning for E&I infrastructure ensuring weekly and monthly KPIs are met.
  • Collaborate with Reliability and Production teams to optimize equipment performance and drive efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and safe working conditions through risk assessments and adherence to Zero Harm principles.
  • Manage OPEX & CAPEX budgets technical documentation and continuous improvement initiatives for cost and resource efficiency.
  • Supervise team performance through reviews development plans and training maintaining discipline and productivity standards.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • N4 with Trade Certificate in Electrical or Instrumentation Mechanician
  • National Diploma or Higher in Electrical Engineering
  • 10 years working experience in Electrical and Instrumentation Field

Benefits:

  • Salary: R13m R14m CTC
