Job Description
Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for an experienced Foreman Instrumentation and Electrical to join their operations in Gauteng!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute maintenance planning for E&I infrastructure ensuring weekly and monthly KPIs are met.
- Collaborate with Reliability and Production teams to optimize equipment performance and drive efficiency improvements.
- Ensure statutory compliance and safe working conditions through risk assessments and adherence to Zero Harm principles.
- Manage OPEX & CAPEX budgets technical documentation and continuous improvement initiatives for cost and resource efficiency.
- Supervise team performance through reviews development plans and training maintaining discipline and productivity standards.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- N4 with Trade Certificate in Electrical or Instrumentation Mechanician
- National Diploma or Higher in Electrical Engineering
- 10 years working experience in Electrical and Instrumentation Field
