McCormick is hiring a Sr Manager of Threat Detection & Response to join our Cybersecurity Threat Management team. The Sr Manager of Threat Detection & Response reporting to the Director of Cybersecurity Threat Management will be responsible for leading our cyber intelligence threat hunting security monitoring and incident response strategies

Responsibilities

  • Lead manage and develop a global 24x7 threat detection and response team
  • Enhance organizational resilience through implementation of threat informed defense best practices
  • Strengthen Incident Preparedness Response and Recovery processes
  • Optimize global security monitoring efficiency through IT and OT technology deployment cross functional partnership and process refinement
  • Partner with security leadership to ensure compliance and adherence to global regulations
  • Develop and retain a bestinclass cybersecurity team
  • Define and develop metrics to measure and socialize maturity and health with senior leadership
  • Provide thoughtleadership to enterprisewide risk reduction initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in computer science information security related degree or measurable knowledge from serving in industry/military/government unit.
  • CISM GIAC CISSP or other relevant security professional certifications
  • Minimum 10 years professional experience working in cybersecurity or information technology
  • Minimum 3 years experience leading operational cybersecurity teams
  • Proven experience working with crossfunctional teams within a large organization
  • Strong working knowledge of threat actor tradecraft and mitigation approaches
  • Flexibility to work oncall within a 24x7 operational security capability
  • Proven ability to successfully collaborate with business and technology leaders and teams
  • Strong problemidentification and problemsolving ability

Base Salary: $121900 $219410


Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location skills education experience for this role and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormicks Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
