A regional leader in commercial HVAC plumbing and electrical services is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to oversee and expand sales initiatives across its market footprint working out of their headquarters in Lititz PA.
This position plays a key role in leading a highperforming sales team driving strategic growth and maintaining strong relationships with business customers. The Commercial Sales Manager will manage sales planning execution team development and market engagement with a focus on revenue growth and operational alignment.
Salary: $120000 to $130000 annually in addition to an annual bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a 5person team of commercial sales professionals developing action plans to grow key accounts and secure new opportunities.
Build and execute short and longterm sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Provide coaching performance reviews and infield evaluations to elevate sales capabilities.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop leadgeneration campaigns and promote service capabilities.
Monitor sales performance KPIs and market competitiveness; implement course corrections as needed.
Facilitate accountability meetings with the team to align performance with strategic goals.
Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive communication resolving postsale issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure proper followup on incoming leads from service technicians community referrals and existing clients.
Maintain deep understanding of customer needs in HVAC and mechanical trades providing consultative solutions.
Support operational teams in sales development initiatives and crossfunctional efforts.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial trades industry (HVAC plumbing or electrical) or equivalent.
35 years of management experience preferably leading a sales team in a technical or constructionrelated field.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with leadership and customers at all levels.
Key Qualifications:
Proven success in managing B2B sales teams and delivering on performance goals.
Strong business acumen with financial management and forecasting skills.
Ability to design and implement effective KPIs and performance measurements.
Deep understanding of commercial service products and sales processes.
Skilled in time management conflict resolution and team motivation.
