Job Description
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Communication Disorders (Speech Pathology emphasis) or equivalent.
- Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health (temporary license acceptable for Clinical Fellows).
- Valid U.S. Drivers License and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass a DHS background check.
- Commitment to promoting diversity inclusion and culturally responsive practices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations and reevaluations as appropriate and within 30 days of Doctors order and establish appropriate treatment goals.
- Provide therapeutic treatment according to the Doctors orders.
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their childs progress.
- Collaborates closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practitioners.
- Maintain clean equipment and in good repair.
- Communicate with funding sources as directed by the clinical accounts receivable staff to assure reimbursement of services being delivered.

Compensation:
- The starting pay for a licensed SLP is $70000 $73000 annually actual pay will depend on qualifications.
- The pay for a Clinical Fellow is $65000 annually
- $5000 hiring bonus (paid in two installments and contingent on performance)
- Productivity Incentive Bonus (additional quarterly bonuses based on performance and contributions)
Location & Schedule:
- Full time or Parttime Monday through Friday standard business hours
- Richfield MN
- Minneapolis MN
