This position is a inoffice role that works out of our Athens Center of Excellence

This is not a virtual / remote position

  • You will work crossfunctionally with leaders and departments throughout the organization to enable sales improvements that affect multiple areas of the business
  • You will use your analytical mind to identify trends and work to close performance gaps
  • You efficiently manage your time and always put the employee & customer experience first

What is required to be considered

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Sales management experience or equivalent LEP training preferably in a solutionsbased selling environment such as B2B/SaaS Direct Sales or Retail and/or a masters degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in leading a team of 15 people
  • Clear demonstration of your analytical abilities during the interview process (casestudy)
  • Regular and reliable attendance
