What Youll Be Doing (Besides Accepting Puppy Kisses):
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments managing client communications across multiple different platforms like a rockstar
- Greeting pets and their humans with warmth humor and professionalism
- Handling payments and maintaining accurate records
- Keeping the front desk looking sharp no fur tumbleweeds allowed!
- Handling other administrative tasks you never know what will come next!
All jokes aside we need someone who can:
- Keep calm and organized in a fastpaced everchanging environment
- Communicate like a prowith clients pets and our team
- Multitask (phones scheduling petting dogs and catsat the same time!)
- Bring a positive teamfirst attitude every day
- Have a passion for animals and the people who love them!
- Customer service experience
