Job Description
Strategic Manufacturing Finance Leader
Location: Marietta Ohio
Position Summary:
Highly skilled and resultsdriven manufacturing finance partner with a strong background in finance manufacturing operations and strategic planning. Proven ability to drive financial operations strategic initiatives and growth through expert financial modeling and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage financial operations across global manufacturing facilities including SistersvilleWV Texas City ItatibaBrazil and WaterfordNY optimizing the manufacturing footprint to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Spearhead strategic planning investments and financial modeling to ensure alignment with company goals fostering longterm success and profitability.
- Oversee global consolidation of Operations Finance figures ensuring accuracy and consistency across regions.
- Drive budgeting cost performance analysis and monthly forecasting processes to support key business decisions.
- Collaborate with Controllership to ensure timely and accurate monthly closing processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Lead the AMRs Operations Finance team through monthly reporting performance analysis capital investment projects and strategic manufacturing initiatives.
- Provide adhoc financial analysis and insights to business partners supporting decisionmaking and enhancing overall operational performance.

Qualifications:
