Were looking for someone who has these qualifications and skills:
Relevant experience in property underwriting ideally in a Nordic country. Other experience from Energy or Construction underwriting would be an advantage
A team player ready to share your experience
Driven and good negotiator
Solution oriented approach ability to respond to a changing environment with flexibility and innovation
Analytical and logical thinker
Decision making ability
Languages: Swedish and English. Any other Nordic language orientation is an advantage

Stockholm
AXA XL is looking for an underwriter to take a role for writing Energy risk and Construction.
Our underwriting teams set us apart our experienced underwriting professionals use their specialized expertise to underwrite even the most complex risks innovatively. A rare and exciting position is now available in our Property team for an underwriter to support and grow the Construction and Energy insurance product in the Nordic region. At the crux of this role is the ability to underwrite Energy/Construction risks and support brokers/clients in understanding our product and finding tailormade solutions for the individual client. All with a chance to develop within the insurance industry in a supportive team led by experienced industry professionals.

What will your essential responsibilities include
Underwriting managing and growing the Nordic Energy/Construction insurance portfolio
Developing the offering to this segment and executing on AXA XL Property Internationals expansion plans for the region
Proactively advising servicing and following up with clients on insurance and risk management matters and actively identifying opportunities for crossselling AXA XLs products
Assisting in the introduction of new products where opportunities arise
You will be based in the AXA XL Stockholm office and will report to the Property Underwriting Manager for the Nordics. The position requires travelling both domestically and abroad.
