Role Description/Purpose
We are looking for dedicated teachers to work with students aged 4 to 17 delivering highquality education to British Council standards. You will be part of a dynamic environment that encourages professional development and active participation in our initiatives.
Our courses focus on building confidence and communication skills through a fourskill approachreading writing listening and speaking. We emphasize grammar vocabulary and pronunciation to help students become strong communicators. Beyond language skills we support wholechild development by fostering critical thinking problemsolving digital literacy collaboration citizenship creativity imagination leadership and personal growth.
Lessons are designed to be interactive and engaging incorporating media such as videos music games and art. Students experience a clear sense of progress with tangible lesson aims regular feedback and structured assessments. Learning is reinforced through expertly designed magazines and supplementary materials.
Role Accountabilities
We are looking for passionate and dedicated educators to join our team delivering young learner lessons with a commitment to highquality teaching. You will be responsible for planning preparing and delivering engaging lessons lasting between three to five hours including on Saturdays. Supporting student autonomy is key and you will monitor progress provide constructive feedback and counsel students when needed. Your role will also involve contributing to the evaluation development and improvement of course materials and related services to ensure they align with students needs.
As part of your responsibilities you will deliver courses according to agreed timetables effectively plan and manage lessons to meet syllabus and learning objectives and complete essential administrative tasks such as maintaining student registers and communicating with parents. If you develop additional materials to supplement the curriculum ensuring compliance with copyright law will be necessary. You will also agree on a personal learning and development plan that supports both professional and center needs.
Beyond the classroom you will assist with break monitoring as required and provide teaching cover for absent colleagues when needed.
