The Service Advisor duties at Dunlop Ford are essential to positive customer experiences and our companys success. Dunlop Ford will be adding a Service Advisor with skills to support and improve on our current processes. Responsibilities
- Service appointments and scheduling
- Assigning work to the appropriate technician
- Estimating service repairs
- Advising customers of service maintenance and repair needs
