Job Description

About the Role
- Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
- Work a 45hour fulltime schedule which includes a 1hour lunch break and:
- Average of 25 attended sessions per week (scheduling approx. 28 to account for cancellations)
- Hours between 8am and 9pm (PST) Monday through Friday
- Deliver fully virtual evidencebased psychotherapy for individual adults (18) with varying levels of acuity that can be safely and effectively served with onceaweek teletherapy
- Facilitate client consult appointments as needed based on business need
- Participate in weekly case consultation and wellness hours monthly wellness groups and professional development
- Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress
- Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
- Provide exceptional care to clients while maintaining the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality including utilizing HIPAAcompliant platforms adhering to all internal policies and procedures and maintaining professional codes of ethics
- Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
Requirements
- Licensed in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults (18)
- At least six months of teletherapy experience
- Available for session hours from 8am and 9pm (PST) Monday through Friday
- Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g. PHQ9) for tracking client progress
- Experience utilizing an electronic health/medical record system to document progress notes treatment plans etc.
- Must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this fulltime exempt role is $59500 and $113735. New hires can reasonably expect an offer between $59500 and $98900.
Annual base salary is determined by place of residence years of licensure and level (Clinician Clinician II) as assessed during interviews.
- Zone 1: $78795 $113735
- Zone 2: $72675 $104190
- Zone 3: $62132 $92345
- Zone 4: $59500 $88895
