Carlton Fields is seeking a Conflicts Analyst for its Tampa office.
The Conflicts Analyst reports to the Director of New Business Intake and works under the supervision of the Conflicts Attorney and NBI Managers.
The Conflicts Analyst will assist the Conflicts Attorney in processing analyzing and determining existing or potential conflicts for all new matters brought into the Firm. This position will also assist in the clearance of attorney lateral hires paralegals and other professional staff.
Requirements:
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills good judgment strong analytical and critical thinking skills strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask.
- This position is 37.5 hours per week and requires candidates to be able to work overtime as required
Education:
- A Bachelors degree or paralegal certificate along with prior law firm experience and relevant legal conflicts experience is required
Actual salaries will vary depending upon various factors including relevant experience and skillset. The salary range listed is just one component of the Carlton Fields total compensation package for employees. Other monetary rewards include annual discretionary bonuses based on performance and profitsharing contributions based on eligibility and firm profitability.
