Join The Crew

We are hiring a Back of House Keyholder to join our NYC NoHo team.

Our Retail team creates a transformative experience for each and every customer that visits any of our seventeen stores. We build connections with our customers through product education worldclassservice standards and operational excellence. We pride ourselves in owning the offline touch point for our brand and use it as an opportunity to foster a stronger Away community.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a widely celebrated brand that is looking to continue to innovate and iterate. Were looking for candidates that are excited to provide bestinclass support to all of our customers from their arrival and until their departure.

To support the needs of the business we are seeking candidates that have the ability to work evenings weekends and holidays. Should you need a scheduling accommodation please let your interviewer know.

What youll do as a Back of House Keyholder

  • Youll embody our brand standards and core values by being an excellent communicator collaborator and teammate

  • Youll take accountability for the success of back of house processes and operations

  • Youll support the customer experience by managing stock and ensuring inventory accuracy standards are met

  • Youll lead the team in processing new deliveries warranties damages and customer shipments and ensure these processes are upheld by the wider team.

  • Youll support cycle counts and other key inventory events throughout the year

  • Youre flexible to support as needed on the sales floor delivering bestinclass exceptional customer service to every person every time

  • Youll support with onboarding new hires ensuring their training enables them to meet back of house standards

  • Youll facilitate instore programs and events as needed

  • Youll maintain the integrity of the store and uphold our visual standards

Who you are

  • You have inventory experience in a customer focused setting

  • Youre an excellent communicator with a passion for operational excellence

  • Youre reliable effective and add value to the business

  • Youre solution oriented; you are resourceful with commitment to following through

  • Youre an effective and expedient problemsolver with a keen attention to detail

  • Youre comfortable working on the sales floor as needed

  • You maintain cool under pressure

  • Ability to pull push lift and carry up to 25 pounds throughout the duration of a work shift

  • Ability to stand/be on feet for extended periods of time throughout the duration of a work shift

  • Ability to bend squat twist and reach as needed throughout the duration of a work shift

What We Offer

Our total rewards are inclusive of both compensation and benefits. What we offer within a salary range is dependent on a number of factors including scope and qualifications for the role skillset and balancing internal equity relative to other Away employees. Salary and benefit offerings are reviewed during phone screenings to ensure alignment.

  • Salary Range: $22.00 $23.00 hourly

  • This role is eligible to participate in Aways Retail Incentive Bonus Plan the terms of which are determined on an basis at the discretion of the company
