The Role

The Global Procurement Transformation Director is responsible for leading comprehensive transformational initiatives across the global procurement organization. This seniorlevel strategic role involves the development execution and management of innovative procurement frameworks advanced technology implementations comprehensive process redesigns and effective change management strategies to significantly elevate global procurement capabilities. The successful candidate will act as a visionary leader adept at engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and crossfunctional teams globally to deliver substantial organizational value procurement efficiency and operational excellence. You will directly support Global Procurements goal of becoming a business Enabler while ensuring a positive Experience for our Business Partners. This position will closely collaborate and build strategic partnerships with teams including Strategic Sourcing Procurement Operations Accounts Payable and Supplier Risk to ensure seamless integration and alignment across all procurementrelated activities.

You Will

• Develop and execute a robust global procurement transformation strategy clearly aligned with the overall business strategy objectives and longterm organizational vision
• Lead largescale procurement transformation projects encompassing endtoend process reengineering system implementations strategic sourcing enhancements and digital procurement solutions
• Drive the selection evaluation and implementation of advanced procurement technologies analytics and digital tools ensuring maximum benefit realization and continuous improvement
• Prioritize and define a clear roadmap of improvement and transformation initiatives accelerating adoption and desired behavioral changes through effective program management stakeholder engagement clear communications and training
• Partner and collaborate closely with global procurement leadership business units IT finance legal and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment successful adoption and integration of procurement transformation initiatives
• Establish monitor and continuously enhance global procurement governance frameworks including comprehensive performance metrics KPIs compliance measures and reporting standards
• Champion strategic change management initiatives fostering an organizational culture of agility continuous improvement innovation and accountability across all global procurement functions
• Provide seniorlevel thought leadership industry insights and strategic recommendations to procurement teams and executive management ensuring the adoption of global procurement best practices and emerging methodologies
• Lead the design evaluation and deployment of global strategic sourcing processes and supplier management frameworks to ensure consistency compliance efficiency and value maximization across all regions
• Identify analyze and implement strategic opportunities for significant cost reductions risk mitigation supplier innovation and enhanced procurement performance globally
• Oversee the development and execution of global procurement training capabilitybuilding initiatives and talent development programs to ensure sustainable talent growth highperformance teams and succession planning
• Conduct regular benchmarking and market intelligence assessments to stay informed of industry trends competitive positioning and bestinclass procurement practices
• Regularly present strategic updates progress reports and procurement transformation results to senior management providing insights analytics and recommendations for continuous improvement

You Have

• 12 years of progressive experience in procurement strategic sourcing or supply chain management including extensive experience leading global transformation initiatives.
• Previous leadership experience in a fast paced global organization with a highly matrixed structure
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing globalscale procurement transformation and change management projects
• Comprehensive knowledge of procurement methodologies strategic sourcing principles supplier management best practices and cuttingedge procurement technologies
• Exceptional strategic planning project management problemsolving analytical and decisionmaking skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead influence and collaborate with global diverse crossfunctional teams and senior executives
• Outstanding communication interpersonal negotiation and presentation skills with a high level of cultural awareness and sensitivity
