How youll have an impact at Paulas Choice: We are seeking a highly skilled Item Master Data Manager to join our dynamic team in the consumer products industry. This role is responsible for the management and governance of master data for finished goods components and packaging materials to support business operations and decisionmaking. You will build and enhance processes collaborate with and coach team members across departments and markets and ultimately be fully accountable for the completeness accuracy and integrity of item master data across systems.

Paulas Choice Skincare determines the pay for positions using local national and industryspecific survey data. We evaluate external and internal equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidates region/town/cost of living.
For new hires we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience skills education geographic location and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan.
